RETURN & REFUND POLICY
For Health, Beauty, Skincare, Jewelry & Accessories Products etc.:
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligible Returns:
• Defective or damaged products
• Wrong items received
• Products significantly different from description
Non-Returnable Items:
• Health and beauty products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or custom items
• Final sale items
Return Process:
1. Contact us at voltairev11@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue
3. Wait for return authorization before shipping items back
4. Items must be unused and in original packaging
Return Shipping:
• Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping costs
• Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
• Products ship from international warehouses; return shipping may take 15-30 days
Refunds:
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refund issued to original payment method
International Orders:
• Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable
• Customer responsible for return customs fees
